Spotted Dog Yoga & SUP exists to make transformation possible. Our team works together to fulfill on this purpose by treating people like family, by being objective and compassionate in our speaking and listening, by staying accountable and continually striving for self-improvement and by being playful and enthusiastic as a way to inspire others to be up to something bigger than themselves.

YOGA STYLE
As an official Baptiste Yoga Affiliate studio, at Spotted Dog Yoga & SUP we teach classes rooted in Baptiste Yoga methodology and the Baptiste Journey Into Power sequence. Our yoga classes are accessible for ALL LEVELS. Whether you are brand new to yoga or have an advanced practice, you will have the ability to connect with your physical body, create new possibilities and leave feeling empowered! Our style creates a new experience of power, vitality and freedom through every practice!
FAMILY STUDIO
Spotted Dog Yoga & SUP is a small, family-run business and because of the emphasis on creating community at the studio, our family just keeps getting bigger with each new staff member and client! We are committed to providing class options for the whole family so in addition to our wide variety of adult class formats (including Beginners, Power, Deep Flow, Meditation + Restore, YOD, and Prenatal) we also offer Kids Yoga classes.
COMMITMENT TO LOCAL COMMUNITY
We play hard and love big in Folsom, California! Spotted Dog Yoga & SUP is committed to supporting the individuals, groups, schools and businesses that make up our local community.
We are the official yoga studio for Folsom Lake College Athletics and love to visit Vista Del Lago High School, Oak Ridge High School, Oak Chan Elementary, Carl Sundahl Elementary, Folsom Middle School, Mills Middle School, Mitchell Middle School, Folsom High School, and Roseville High School to teach yoga to PE classes.
Spotted Dog Yoga & SUP teaches yoga to and is proud partners with the Folsom Cordova Unified School District, The City Of Folsom, The Sacramento Department of Child Services, Folsom Lake College Athletics, The All-American Softball Organization, and The Cosumnes Fire Department.
We love partnering with local businesses for events, like our friends at Temple Coffee in Folsom!

HEATING, FLOORING & ECO-FRIENDLY FEATURES
Our heating system is unlike any other yoga studio in Folsom and surrounding areas. At Spotted Dog Yoga & SUP the heat is evenly distributed throughout the room with special ducting, the humidity and heat levels are controllable to our specific settings, and carbon dioxide levels are monitored and controllable because of our ability to bring fresh air into the studio quickly.
At Spotted Dog Yoga & SUP our flooring is eco-friendly and made from anti-microbial, water resistant, easy to clean, recycled materials. We take pride in keeping our studio clean!
Spotted Dog Yoga & SUP is environmentally conscious! Not only do we have top-notch insulation and eco-friendly flooring, we are committed to conserving energy and reducing paper waste. Spotted Dog Yoga is “lit up” with only LED light bulbs, significantly lowering energy usage.
SPACE TO CONNECT
Spotted Dog Yoga & SUP is committed to creating community. With that in mind, we designed two very special community spaces at the studio just for all of you. Our community spaces are roomy, plentiful with seating areas, and evoke a feeling of home. Spotted Dog Yoga & SUP is open 20 minutes before each class.
AMENITIES
At Spotted Dog Yoga & SUP, we understand the importance of convenience and comfort. We have four changing rooms near the lobby, in addition to spacious men’s and women’s bathroom facilities. We are pleased to offer three shower stalls in both the men’s and women’s bathrooms. Our bathrooms are also equipped with cubbies for your personal belongings and large changing areas for convenience.
