The AWAKEN 200-Hour Training utilizes the practices and techniques of yoga to generate learning for self-development and provide the tools to apply what you discover, creating concrete results in your life.
YThe AWAKEN 200-Hour core curriculum builds a solid understanding of the tools of yoga through asana, meditation, and self-inquiry. Through rigorous practice, AWAKEN provides you with an in-depth experience and exploration of Baptiste Yoga Methodology. You will develop the mastery to look, listen, and give tools so that you feel confident teaching yoga to anybody by the completion of the program. Although you will learn to teach yoga, at its core AWAKEN is a self-development program providing you with new awareness, increased drive and revived passion.
